Quentin Tarantino has announced that he plans to retire from directing after making just two more films.
He revealed the news at the London premiere of his new movie The Hateful Eight.
‘If I got right to work on both of them you’re taking about six years from now. It will be a little closer to eight years’, he told The Sun. ‘[My opinion] could change, but I tend to doubt it.’
The iconic director’s next project may not be on the big screen however as he revealed recently that he is planning a mini-western TV series.
His latest picture, The Hateful Eight is billed as a blood-soaked western and stars the likes of Tim Roth and Samuel L. Jackson. It hits UK cinemas on January 6, 2016.
