Martin Freeman has been attached to star in Captain America: Civil War for quite a while but Marvel have kept his role very quiet until now as according to Empire, Freeman will play Everett Ross.
Freeman’s Ross and Emily VanCamp’s Sharon Carter in action.
Everett Ross, like in the comics, is traditionally the US government’s man in Wakanda. And In Civil War he’s part of the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre. The role will also bring Freeman into Black Panther’s world for his solo film.
