Chris Hemsworth Responds to Not Being in Captain America: Civil War

Captain America: Civil War works in so many Avengers – old and new – that it’s only natural a few major players weren’t invited to the party. Neither Thor nor the Hulk will appear in the film, although both will play significant roles in Thor: Ragnarok. Nevertheless, Chris Hemsworth, the actor who plays Thor, recently spoke out about not being in Civil War.

“Who cares?” Hemsworth humorously asked in the video above while doing pull-ups. “I mean, where was the invite for me and Hulk? Just leave the two strongest, biggest Avengers out of this one, did you?”

Hemsworth didn’t say if he was on Team Cap or Team Iron Man, but he did add, “Let us know when you’re done messing around, and the big boys will step in.” In other words, he’s probably for Team Thor.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6.
