Vin Diesel says a “Groot vs Hulk” movie will happen

Vin Diesel has revealed that a Groot and Rocket Racoon standalone movie is “highly possible” and that a Groot and Hulk battle could also make its way into theaters.
Diesel voices Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy with the sequel on the horizon and the 46-year is eager to see more movies based around his character in the future.
The xXx star told ScreenJunkies that a Groot/Rocket film could happen:
”I think if it’s up to James Gunn, you’re going to see a Groot/Rocket movie after ‘Avengers: Infinity War’. It’s highly possible. We shall see.”
He then went onto speak of a “Groot vs Hulk battle:”
”I know that somewhere in the universe you’re going to see Groot and Hulk battle, I know it. I see that you’re going to see that poster, Groot versus Hulk.”
You’re going to see a Groot/Rocket movie after ‘Avengers: Infinity War’. [And] you’re going to see Groot versus Hulk, I know it.
Groot and Hulk have history in previous Marvel comics.
Meanwhile the latest Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 trailer recently landed, which you can see below, and the sequel hits screens on 5 May 2017.
