Angelina Jolie is returning to Disney for one of her most interesting roles yet

Angelina Jolie’s a Disney veteran at this point and a big draw when it comes to box office sales, she’s already appeared as Maleficent and is set to return for a sequel.

Now Jolie is lending her voice to play an elephant named Stella in Disney’s adaption of The One and Only Ivan. She’s not the star of the film and we’re still yet to find out who will play the titular character if Ivan the silverback gorilla.

Angelina Jolie is no newbie when it comes to voice acting either, her roles in Kung Fu Panda and Shark Tale for Dreamworks were entertaining and skilled.

Mike Newell (Harry Potter and The Goblet of the Fire) is set to direct and there’s currently no release date attached for The One and Only Ivan.
