A Deathstroke movie is currently in the works at Warner Bros. with Gareth Evans of The Raid films attached to direct.

According to TheWrap, the Welsh direct is in talks to write and direct the film, which will reportedly star Joe Manganiello as the titular character. Evans interestingly passed on the opportunity to direct Justice League Dark, but it appears he’ll be joining the DCEU after all.
Deathstroke is already set to appear as a villain in the solo Batman movie. The character has previously been portrayed by Manu Bennett on the CW’s Arrow. He’s also been a key figure throughout the Teen Titans franchise.
