An Oscar-winning actress may be joining Artemis Fowl
Artemis Fowl is finally making the leap from the printed page to the silver screen with Kenneth Branagh behind the camera. Michael Goldenberg and Conor McPherson have both been attached to adapt Eoin Colfer’s acclaimed novel, although casting is still up in the air.
According to Variety, however, Oscar-winner Dame Judi Dench is in talks for a significant role in the film. While it’s unclear who Dench might play, she seems like an ideal candidate for a project such as this.
