Bad Boys 3 is coming in 2018
The release date for the long-awaited Bad Boys 3 has been pushed back from 2017 to January 12, 2018.
Exhibitor Relations dropped the news on Twitter, revealing that the third film would be titled, Bad Boys For Life.
This new title is a reference to the quote, “We ride together, we die together, bad boys for life.”
Stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are expected to reprise their roles. Joe Carnahan of The Grey and The A-Team will be stepping into the director’s chair, however, replacing Michael Bay.
A forth Bad Boys film is set to come out in July 3, 2019. Of course Sony might want to wait and see how Bad Boys For Life does at the box office first. After all, Sony has a tendency to jump the gun when it comes to sequels. Just look at Ghostbusters.
