Bad Moms are returning for a festive sequel
One of this year’s biggest comedies was Bad Moms, the latest from Jon Lucas and Scott Moore (The Hangover) that despite some negative reviews, performed impressively at the US box office. Indeed during the late summer months, the film grossed $113million in the US, the second-highest R-rated gross of the year (behind Deadpool).
Now, in news that will surprise no-one, a sequel to the film has been announced by star Kristen Bell, who shared the news via her Twitter page as well as a short tease video, which you can view below:
Mila Kunis, Kathryn Hahn, Christina Applegate and Jada Pinkett-Smith also starred in the film, which followed “three overworked and under-appreciated moms are pushed beyond their limits, they ditch their conventional responsibilities for a jolt of long overdue freedom, fun, and comedic self-indulgence.”
Bad Moms 2 is set for release on November 3rd, 2017.
