Ben Affleck still perfecting Batman solo script

Ben Affleck is set to co-write, direct, and star in a solo Batman movie. However, the film’s script hasn’t been perfected just yet.

During a visit to the Justice League set, Affleck was asked about the Batman film he’s writing with Geoff Johns. According to IGN, Affleck stated, “I have a script, we’re still working on it, and I’m not happy enough with it yet to actually go out there and make a Batman movie, for which I have the highest of standards, I would say. That’s something that would have to pass a very high bar for me. It’s not just like, ‘Yeah, that might be fun, let’s go try this out.'”

It’s currently unknown when Affleck’s Batman reboot will hit theaters, although the film will reportedly feature a huge rogue gallery.
