Charlize Theron, who played Furiosa, told USA Today that she has not been formally approached to star in Fury Road’s sequel, Mad Max: The Wasteland.
“What’s Wasteland? This is all news to me. I have not heard anything like that,” Theron said.
However, little is known about the sequel and Theron can not be ruled out at such an early stage but one thing for sure is that Tom Hardy will star again as Max, having signed up for two more films in the series.
