Critics are panning Will Smith’s latest film Collateral Beauty. The film is a new drama from the director of One Day and Marley and Me but it’s not been received nearly as well as his previous works.
An all-star cast including Helen Mirren, Ed Norton, Keira Knightley, Kate Winslet and Naomie Harris has not been enough to impress critics.
It currently has a low score of 15% on Rotten Tomatoes, with extremely poor reviews.
Collateral Beauty follows Will Smith’s character who is “retreating from life after a tragedy and questions the universe by writing to Love, Time and Death. Receiving unexpected answers, he begins to see how these things interlock and how even loss can reveal moments of meaning and beauty.”
