Deadpool 2: Ryan Reynolds pays tribute to stuntwoman who lost her life
Ryan Reynolds has paid his respects to the stuntwoman who tragically lost her life during a stunt on the set of Deadpool 2. The female stunt driver died on Monday in Vancouver after “a motorcycle stunt went terribly wrong.”
Reynolds posted on Twitter that he is “heartbroken and devastated” by the news:
While 20th Century Fox also released a statement:
“We are deeply saddened by the accident that occurred on the set of Deadpool 2 this morning. Our hearts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues of our crew member during this difficult time.”
The stuntwoman was identified as 40 year old Joi Harris:
