Samuel L. Jackson may have just let slip a massive reveal for Avengers: Infinity War.
In an interview with Hot 97 FM, Jackson confirms he’s not in Black Panther, but in the process seems to reveal that Red Skull will be returning to the MCU:
“You didn’t see me in [Captain America:] Civil War… I’m still out there trying to figure out what The Skull is going to…”
He gets cut off at that point, but it definitely sounds like he’s saying the Marvel villain isn’t as dead as some might think.
Red Skull is the ultimate Captain America villain and last featured in 2011’s The First Avenger, played by Hugo Weaving. And we’ll find out if he makes a return when Avengers: Infinity War hits screens on 4th May 2018.
