When Katherine Waterston appeared as Tina Goldstein in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, a lot of people confused her for actress Brie Larson. So perhaps it’s only fitting that another Fantastic Beasts actor will be joining Larson in Captain Marvel.

No, not Johnny Depp. It’s actually Jude Law, who is set to star as a young Albus Dumbledore in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. According to Variety, Law will play a “mentor of sorts” to Larson’s Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel.

While the role itself is being kept under wraps, it’s interesting that Law will be playing Captain Marvel’s mentor and Harry Potter’s future mentor over the course of two years.

The Fantastic Beasts sequel comes out on November 16, 2018 while Captain Marvel hits theaters on March 8, 2019.
