Fast 8 renamed “The Fate of the Furious”; trailer tease released
Earlier this week we were treated to a sneak-peak at Fast 8 with a trailer for the film coming this Sunday in a special global event. Now Universal Pictures have revealed the new title for the film as well as new teaser.
Now entitled The Fate of the Furious, the latest installment sees the return of Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Elsa Pataky, Kurt Russell and Jason Statham. In addition, Charlize Theron, Scott Eastwood and Helen Mirren have joined the cast with F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton) directing.
Fast & Furious 7 was the highest-grossing film of the series with over $1.5billion taken worldwide.

Now that Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon and Brian and Mia have retired from the game—and the rest of the crew has been exonerated—the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life.
