Although the main Fast and Furious series could potentially end after ten movies, there’s a strong possibility that the franchise will live on in a spinoff featuring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Jason Statham.

According to Deadline, Universal is considering a spinoff film with Johnson’s Luke Hobbs and Statham’s Deckard Shaw in leading roles. Chris Morgan is reportedly developing the screenplay. Rumors have also suggested that the post credits scene that didn’t make it into The Fate of the Furious would’ve set up this spinoff.
