Filming of Kenneth Branagh’s Cinderella Goes Live

Kenneth Branagh’s live-action adaptation of Cinderella has begun filming at Pinewood Studios in London, Disney announced today. Cinderella herself will be played by Lily James of Downton Abbey and Wrath of the Titans fame, and she will be supported by Cate Blanchett playing the evil stepmother, Helena Bonham Carter as the Fairy Godmother, and Richard Madden (Game of Thrones) as the Prince.
