The first reactions to Disney-Pixar’s Cars 3 have crashed in and they’re extremely good.
Cars 2 disappointed many in 2011, especially critics (with a poor score on Rotten Tomatoes), but reviews for the third installment may be more positive if these first reactions are anything to go by.
The film has been highly praised following its world premiere over the weekend, with many highlighting its emotional moments and “female empowerment” themes. See the Twitter reactions below:
