The latest Frankenstein project, Victor Frankenstein is set to hit cinemas in October this year. And 20th Century Fox have now released the film’s first official set photo which shows James McAvoy as the mad doctor and Daniel Radcliffe as his assistant Igor.
This version of the Frankenstein story will focus on Igor’s perspective, delving into his back story and friendship with the young medical student, Victor Frankenstein. “As much as the monster is his creation, Igor is his creation as well,” McAvoy told Empire “That was quite exciting. It’s funny, the script, but also really dark, in a cool way.”
