A first look at Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel has been unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con. During a panel, the audience got their first glimpse at Larson suited up for the role in new concept art.
Plot details were also revealed for the film, as it was announced that the story will take place in the ’90s, with Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury appearing without his eyepatch. We also now know that the titular superhero will face off against the Skrulls, an alien race of shape-shifting creatures, who are traditionally Fantastic Four villains.
