Twentieth Century Fox has acquired the rights to make a film about the life of comic-book legend Stan Lee.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox plan to make a 1970s action movie about him. They hope to create a fictional story that’s similar in style to Kingsman: The Secret Service and the James Bond films.
Lee is best known for co-creating Spider-Man, the Hulk, Fantastic Four, Iron Man and the X-Men. He has also cameo’d in many of these films.
The film will follow Lee’s move to Hollywood in the ’70s as he brought his iconic characters to the big screen.
The Power Rangers movie producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey are on board and we can expect more updates on this project soon.
