Gotham: Jada Pinkett Smith set to return as Fish Mooney

Jada Pinkett Smith’s Gotham character, emerging mobster Fish Mooney, appeared to have met her demise at the end of the show’s first season. However, it seems Smith will reprise her role in season two.

According to TVLine, Gotham‘s showrunner Bruno Heller has hinted that Mooney is in fact not dead, and will be returning for multiple episodes.

It will be interesting to see how she made it out alive, and what’s in store for the gangster in the upcoming season, which premieres Monday, February 29 on Fox.
