Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 director holds Thor’s hammer
The God of Thunder isn’t the only one who can pick up Mjolnir. A photo has been posted featuring Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 director James Gunn wielding Thor’s hammer.

This image left some outlets to believe that Thor might make a cameo in the Guardians of the Galaxy sequel. Gunn has since confirmed, however, that he was “only holding Thor’s hammer bc it was around.”
Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 hits theaters on May 5, 2017. Meanwhile, Thor: Ragnarok comes out on November 3, 2017. One can only hope we’ll see all these characters together in Avengers: Infinity War.
