Harrison Ford is “not really” looking forward to “weird” Han Solo movie
Harrison Ford has said that he’s “not really” interested in the upcoming Han Solo spin-off movie.
Speaking at the Star Wars Celebration over the weekend, Ford, who of course played Han in the films, was asked whether he’s looking forward to his character’s spin-off movie, to which he answered negatively:
“Not really. Of course I’ll be watching it as a fan, but it will be a little weird.”
He did however have kind words to say about Alden Ehrenreich, the actor taking on his role:
“I’ve met the fella who’s gonna play the younger Han Solo. Wonderful guy, very sweet, and a very good actor. So I’m delighted in the choice.”
Recently, we got our first look at the cast:
21 Jump Street directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are at the helm, with the movie set for release in May 2018.
