Deadpool 2 has promised us that time-travelling X-Force leader Cable will feature in the sequel – and Hellboy‘s Ron Perlman has now put himself forward for the role.
Perlman revealed his interest in playing Cable on Facebook:
He certainly bares some resemblance with the character and would be a probable choice for the role.
Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have already started on the script for the sequel with Tim Miller returning to helm and Ryan Reynolds back as the bad-mouthed eponymous hero.
