Henry Cavill would love to be the new James Bond

Henry Cavill may be in the midst of promoting Batman v Superman as he plays the latter but he’s already thinking about future roles as he has revealed his interest in portraying the world’s most famous secret agent James Bond.

Cavill told The Graham Norton Show: “I’m very busy with the Superman stuff, but if there were any windows and they wanted me to do that kind of role it would be great and I would love to do it.”

When asked if it was greedy taking on both roles, Cavill replied: “Greedy or awesome?”

He adds his name to a long list of contenders for the role of 007. He joins the likes of Aidan Turner, Tom Hiddleston, Damian Lewis and Idris Elba.
