How to Train Your Dragon 3 delayed

How to Train Your Dragon 3 has been delayed until 2017, DreamWorks and Fox, which handles distribution of the DreamWorks animations, has announced. The date has been moved from June 17, 2016 to almost a year later on June 9, 2017 – likely swerving to avoid Pixar’s Finding Dory. The same creative team as the first two films will be in place and the returning voice cast includes Jay Baruchel as Hiccup, America Ferrera as Astrid and Cate Blanchett as Valka. They also announced that as of Labor Day, How to Train Your Dragon 2 has crossed the $600 million worldwide mark, which makes it the highest grossing animated film of the year so far.
