Is Christopher Nolan already working on Bond 25?

There’s been much speculation over whether Nolan will direct Bond 25. Now according to Daily Express, multiple sources have claimed that Nolan has been hired to helm the film.
“On this occasion, two different sources, one from the United States and the other from the United Kingdom…tell us that Nolan will be the director and that he is already working on the film.”
The source additionally had this to say: “These solid sources foresee that the official announcement can be made in January or February 2018.”
While Nolan’s involvement remains a rumor, we can definitely count on seeing Daniel Craig reprise his role as 007.
