Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is one of the most hyped movies coming out next year. However, fans aren’t pleased that Johnny Depp will be returning in the sequel.
Depp’s presence was kept out of the marketing campaign for the original Fantastic Beasts. When he appeared as Gellert Grindelwald in the film’s final act, a lot of fans protested the casting choice. Now many have taken to twitter, saying they’ll boycott the latest film set in the wizarding world if Depp appears.

I legitimately love everything about this. Except the fact that Johnny Depp is still Grindelwald pic.twitter.com/BYLDim0qSp

I wholeheartedly agree that Johnny Depp is a fantastic beast. However, I wish I did not know where to find him. https://t.co/WcjBZCmb7A

What do you think? Would the franchise we better off Deppless? Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald hits theaters on November 16, 2018.
