Jon Favreau is set to reprise his Iron Man character, Happy Hogan, in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Favreau cameoed as Happy, Tony Stark’s driver, in the first two Iron Man movies, which he directed, and also in the third movie in the series, directed by Shane Black. The news comes via Variety, but Sony/Marvel are yet to offer a comment on the casting.
Iron Man will also appear in the movie, having introduced the new Spider-Man and added him to his team in Captain America: Civil War. Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theatres July 7, 2017.
