Kevin Hart is in talks to play Santa Claus in Disney’s new Christmas comedy, Dashing Through the Snow.
The story follows a “New York City detective who is a workaholic and has a strained relationship with his son. The only thing that may be able to repair the father-son relationship is the one true Santa Claus who has to make the man believe in Christmas magic.”
According to THR, Rob Burnett is writing the script with the film reported to be taking influence from Liar Liar and Elf.
Last xmas, Hart posed in festive clothing and he may soon need to don the full Santa suit:

Hart’s had a busy year, staring in Ride Along 2, Central Intelligence and Kevin Hart: What Now?currently in theaters. He’s also shooting the Jumanji reboot.
