Kevin Spacey won’t have any involvement in House of Cards: Season 6

When it was announced that Kevin Spacey was fired from House of Cards in the midst of his sexual misconduct scandal, audiences wondered if Frank Underwood might still make an appearance in the show’s final season. It’s now been confirmed that Spacey won’t have any involvement in Season 6.

“We were really excited we could get to an agreement… for the conclusion of the show,” Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos stated, according to Variety.

Production on the series is likely to resume in 2018 with Robin Wright’s Claire Underwood set to take center stage in the final eight episodes.
