It was recently announced that Chris Evans would be replaced by Justin Theroux in Tate Taylor’s The Girl On The Train. And now there’s news of more shuffling in the pack as new Joker Jared Leto is also dropping out due to a timetable clash. Still, a great replacement has been confirmed with star of The Hobbit, Luke Evans stepping onboard.
The story follows a recently divorced woman called Rachel (Emily Blunt) struggling with her life and sinking into alcoholism to try to cope. She spies a seemingly perfect couple from her London train ride every day and starts to fantasise about their lives. But things take a turn when she sees something shocking…
The Girl On The Train will hit screens in October 2016.
