Marvel fans are not happy with Director David Ayer after he jokingly insulted the comic book franchise.
Ayer even took to Twitter to apologize for his outburst at the New York premiere of his DC film, Suicide Squad but Marvel fans are not so forgiving.
When someone from the crowd apparently yelled an anti-Marvel insult, Ayer repeated it. “F*ck Marvel,” he said. Check out the video below but beware of the language:

Ayer soon tweeted his regrets, admitting that it was “not cool”. However, Marvel fans replied to the tweet with their disapproval:
