A new Harry Potter book has been announced as J.K. Rowling’s upcoming stage play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, will be available in book form later this year.
The news was announced by Pottermore as it was revealed that the book will feature the Special Rehearsed Edition of the play’s script.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child serves as a sequel to the original series as the plot picks up nineteen years after the conclusion of The Deathly Hallows and centers around Harry and his son Albus. The play will debut this year at the Palace Theatre London in July.
