Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury has been popping up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since 2008’s Iron Man. However, he’s been MIA since Avengers: Age of Ultron in 2015. The character will reportedly return in Captain Marvel, however.

Deadline has confirmed that Fury is set to appear in Marvel’s first female-lead superhero film, which stars Brie Larson as the titular Captain Marvel. Fury is also expected to drop by in Avengers: Infinity War, which hits theaters on May 4, 2018.
Captain Marvel, meanwhile, is set to come out on 8 March 2019.
