Peter Capaldi tries forcing Peter Jackson to direct Doctor Who

Doctor Who writer Steven Moffat wants big-blockbuster director Peter Jackson to take charge of an episode for the new series. But with Moffat not having much luck, Dr Who himself, Peter Capaldi took matters into his own hands.

In this comedy sketch posted on Jackson’s facebook page, Capaldi’s Twelfth Doctor invades the home of The Lord of the Rings director to try and get him to sign a contract with the BBC – only for Jackson to get distracted by polishing his Oscars and watching The Walking Dead.

Doctor Who continues this Saturday on BBC 1.
