Robert Downey Jr. is the world’s highest paid actor yet again

For the third year running, Robert Downey Jr. has topped Forbes’ list of highest-paid actors. He earned $80m (£51m) mainly thanks to his role as Iron Man in the blockbuster Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Jackie Chan took the number two spot with $50 million and three Bollywood actors broke the top 10 (Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan picked up $33.5 million each while Akshay Kumar made $32.5 million). Daniel Craig was the only British actor to feature, at number 15 jointly with Australian actor Chris Hemsworth.
