Update: Shane Black’s Predator movie will be a sequel

Shane Black has set the record straight, stating to Collider that the Predator movie which he is working on will be an “inventive sequel”; not a reboot. He said that both he and and screenwriter Fred Dekker value the “rich mythology” that’s already been introduced in previous Predator movies, so “Why start over?”
