2 weeks ahead of its home release, pirates have somehow managed to leak the Blu-Ray copy of Star Wars: The Force Awakens online.
TF reports that a HD Blu-Ray version of the film has appeared on many torrent sites where it has already been downloaded thousands of times.
It’s expected to have its home release on April 5 but piracy group REPLiCA got its hands on it before this.
Piracy continues to be a huge problem for the film industry after The Hateful Eight and The Revenant amongst other Oscar-nominated films were also leaked online ahead of their release.
Although maybe Tarantino will be thinking this is justice after he fell out with Disney over a theater dispute last year.
