The first trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi looks set to arrive in April as new images from the film are released.
It hasn’t been announced officially yet but director Rian Johnson and Lucasfilm boss Kathleen Kennedy are confirmed to appear at the Star Wars Celebration Orlando on April 14th.
The official Star Wars site says that ‘the talk promises to feature a few surprises and special guests, kickstarting what is sure to be an exciting and memorable weekend’.
So while it’s not confirmed that the trailer will land that day, we can strongly assume that we’ll get our first look at some footage, especially as the trailer for The Force Awakens arrived at the Star Wars Celebration back in 2015.
Johnson also shared a set photo from the movie, revealing a new tweaked design for the Stormtroopers:

Many think the Stormtrooper at the back could be Tom Hardy after he was announced for a cameo in the film:

We also got another sneak peek at the sequel as Lucasfilm announced Force Friday II, a September launch of products and along with it, came a sample toy box, which features the first images of Poe Dameron, Rey, and Finn from Episode 8:
