Suicide Squad gets two new cast members

Director David Ayer has already assembled his Suicide Squad: Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, Cara Delevinge as Enchantress, Jared Leto as the Joker, and Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag (who replaces Tom Hardy). But now he has filled two more roles – although neither of them have been revealed as of yet. However, we can tell you that those roles will be played by Scott Eastwood and Raymond Olubowale.

These are both interesting choices. Firstly, Olubowale is a wrestler, so expect similar acting success in the vein of Dwayne Johnson and Dave Bautista. As for Eastwood, he is none other than the son of Clint – so expect greatness to follow. This news comes in the wake of rumours that Jackie Earl Haley (who played Freddy Kreuger in the Nightmare on Elm Street reboot a few years back) will assume the role of the Thinker, while both Ben Affleck and Jesse Eisenberg are rumoured to reprise their roles as Batman and Lex Luthor respectively.

Suicide Squad is released August 5, 2016.
