The all-clown screening of IT looked terrifying (photos)

It had a hugely impressive debut weekend at the box office, breaking records with a $117.2m opening in North America. Theaters all around the world were packed with fans of the franchise but one cinema took a unique approach, staging an all-clown screening. The event took place at Austin’s Alamo Drafthouse on Saturday and images have since arrived of the audience in costume and they’re truly terrifying. Check them out below:
