Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey have both shared posters from their upcoming movie The Dark Tower. Based on Stephen King’s acclaimed novel, Elba and McConaughey go up against each other in the film adaptation.
The movie’s two leading men have also been battling it out on Twitter, both sharing new posters of their characters, accompanied by captions in which they aptly mock one another. Check them out below:

The film’s synopsis reads:
Roland Deschain (Idris Elba), the last Gunslinger, is locked in an eternal battle with Walter O’Dim (Matthew McConaughey), also known as the Man in Black. The Gunslinger must prevent the Man in Black from toppling the Dark Tower, the key that holds the universe together. With the fate of worlds at stake, two men collide in the ultimate battle between good and evil.
The Dark Tower arrives on August 4th.
