The Little Prince was originally set to hit US theaters on March 18. Last week, however, Paramount Pictures decided to drop the French stop-motion-animated film for unknown reasons. Fortunately, Netflix has come to the rescue once again!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the streaming service has picked up the domestic rights for The Little Prince. It will be available to stream on Netflix later this year.

Directed by Mark Osborne, The Little Prince features the voice talents of Jeff Bridges, Rachel McAdams, and Paul Rudd, just to name a few. Already receiving rave reviews, it could join Zootopia and Kung Fu Panda 3 as a major contender for this year’s Best Animated Feature Oscar.
