The Sinister Six movie will be released on November the 11th, 2016, Sony has announced. The Amazing Spider-Man 3 has also been pushed to 2018, most likely as a consequence. A Venom spin-off film is also in the works from writer/director Alex Kurtzman (Star Trek Into Darkness), so it will be interesting to see if it also releases before the next instalment in the Spidey series slings into cinemas.
