During the incessant promotional train for Avengers: Age of Ultron, there has been one key thing missing from the noise: the Vision. Played by Paul Bettany in the new film, the superpowered android has been missing from every shred of footage and promotional material so far. In fact, his biggest appearance has been right at the end of the second full trailer for the movie, and even then, it was merely a super close-up, and before that, we saw murky, dark shapes resembling him in a couple of posters. This is very exciting stuff: he looks like he’s been ripped from the pages of the comics themselves, with the addition of Bettany’s grave expression (and minus that massive yellow collar). Now all we have to do is wait another two weeks (for UK viewers – three weeks if you live in the US) to witness Vision in action.
