A new Spawn movie is in the works and Todd McFarlane is going to direct it!
McFarlane, who of course created everyone’s favorite hellspawn, made the announcement on Facebook at San Diego Comic-Con with Kevin Smith. Huh, does that mean Smith could be playing Violator? Jason Blum will act as a producer alongside Blumhouse Productions.
Spawn previously hit the silver screen in 1997 with lackluster results. It’s awesome to see that he’s getting a second shot almost twenty years later.
