Warner Bros. has pushed back the release of the Wachowskis’ (The Matrix trilogy, V for Vendetta) next film, Jupiter Ascending from July 18 to Feb 6, 2015.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that insiders are saying the $150 million film “needed more special effects work”, but this is a very last minute move for the studio, and comes as a shock.
The futuristic sci-fi movie stars Channing Tatum as a space warrior and Mila Kunis as an intergalactic queen who is targeted for assassination by the Queen of the Universe.
